Houston is served by two major airports:
George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)
Located a bit closer to the wedding venue, IAH is a great option if you want to minimize your travel time to the celebration.
William P. Hobby Airport (HOU)
Situated slightly closer to downtown Houston, Hobby is ideal for guests planning to explore the city during their stay.
Both airports are viable options, but keep in mind that Houston is an extremely large city, so neither will be exceptionally close to all destinations. We recommend considering factors like your preferred airline, flight availability, deals, and where you’d like to stay when making your decision. Use your discretion to find the option that best suits your plans.
Hotel Option One
Located conveniently near the venue, the Courtyard Houston Northwest is perfect for guests looking to stay close to the main event. With its amenities like complimentary breakfast and proximity to our wedding festivities, this option ensures a comfortable and stress-free stay.
We have a reserved a room block for our guests at Courtyard Houston Northwest for $105-$125 per night. Last day to book is Friday, February 28, 2025.
Hotel Option Two
For guests who want to experience more of Houston during their visit, Le Méridien Downtown offers the ideal spot. Nestled in the heart of the city, this hotel provides easy access to vibrant restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions in Houston's most bustling neighborhoods.
We have a reserved a room block for our guests at Le Méridien Houston Downtown for $219 per night. Last day to book is Friday, February 28, 2025.
Houston is a large city, but getting around is simple with ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, which are widely available throughout the metropolitan area.
If you’re planning to explore, renting a car is another great option, especially for areas that may be less accessible or more expensive by rideshare. Just keep in mind that Houston is known for its traffic (at all times of day), so plan accordingly to allow extra travel time.
Please note that alcohol will be served at our reception, and we ask that you plan for safe transportation. Whether you're using rideshare services, a designated driver, or another safe option, your safety is our top priority.
Our weather can be a bit unpredictable, especially in March! While we’re hoping for a beautiful spring day, it’s always good to be prepared for anything. The temperature in late March typically ranges from the mid-50s to mid-70s °F (13-24°C), but it’s not uncommon for temperatures to swing up or down.
We've curated a list of our favorite places to eat, things to see, and activities to check out around the city. Whether you're a local or first-time visitor, there’s something for everyone to explore during your stay!
